Service Description

Tuesday & Thursday 5:15-6:15pm (Drop in class, book in advance) This parent assisted 1 hr class is for preschoolers ages 3-4. Warm up with animal moves then 15 minutes of tumbling coaching. This class will finish off with guided free play and a cooldown stretch. This class is excellent for developing balance, dexterity, and proprioception at a young age!

Elevate is a multi-sport training facility dedicated to long term athlete development. Our diversity in action sports equipment allows for any aspiring athlete to progress their skills in a desired discipline. Our highly trained coaches offer a variety of training options in different sports. Our gym has two olympic flybed trampolines, parkour and ninja warrior equipment, slackline and balance boards, a small rock climbing and bouldering area, and a gymnastics airtrack for tumbling. We also have various workout equipment including free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, and a workout bench. We offer open gyms, youth after school classes, trampoline classes, adult fitness classes, private lessons, birthday parties, and summer camps!
