*Due to COVID-19 Vermont state guidelines, All coaches and participants are required to fill out the Elevate Covid Screening document. Masking is mandatory as well as social distancing. OPEN GYMS will fill online "first come first served". Our open air, heated and vented hoop barn is home to 2 flubbed trampolines, tumble track, climbing, parkour and ninja apparatus. Our indoor basement Dojo space has a new ventilation system and will be the location of our Fitness, Yoga, and for our youth under age 7. We thank you for your patience as we navigate the challenges of the pandemic and the ongoing renovations to our training barn. The Elevate team is ready to train and enjoy our great spaces!
Jr Acrobats (Ages 5-7)
A FUNdamental movement class designed for youth ages 5-7. We explore balance, strength, flexibility, agility and coordination through parkour, obstacles, calisthenics, trampolines, and fun! Our classes are progression based and always give options for easier or harder challenge based on individual goals.
Athletics & Acrobatics L1 & L2(Ages 7+)
#AthleticsandAcrobatics is a FUNdamental movement class for kids 7 and up. We improve balance, strength, flexibility, agility and coordination through parkour, obstacle course, calisthenics, light acrobatics, trampolines, and fun! Progression based classes challenge athletes to build movement acuity and improve systematically at their own pace.
Advanced Air & Acrobatics L 2 & L3(Ages 11+)
Advanced air and acrobatics is a ski and snowboard inspired movement class for kids 11 and up. We improve balance, strength, flexibility, agility and coordination through parkour, obstacle course, calisthenics, acrobatics, trampolines, and fun! This Progression based class challenges athletes to build movement acuity and improve systematically to reach their goals.
Adult Warrior Fitness (Adults Age 16+)
Adult Warrior Fitness is designed for adults interested in a fun and challenging workout. This multi-sport cross training class improves strength, balance, flexibility, agility and coordination and endurance while learning and retaining lifetime wellness and improving athletic performance. Progression based class uses the unique apparatus at Elevate to deliver a fun and challenging workout!
Adult Movement Exploration and Functional Fitness. (Age 16+)
Adult parkour fitness class for all ability levels. Gain agility, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and endurance using Elevate apparatus and bodyweight exercises.
